Paraloid B-72 is an excellent general purpose acrylic resin. It can be applied in either clear or pigmented coatings by a variety of application methods.

Gum Arabic is a dried exudate obtained from the stems and branches of Acacia senegal (L.) Willdenow or closely related species of Acacia (fam. Leguminosae). It is used as an emulsifier, stabilizer, and thickener. One gram dissolves in 2 ml of water forming a solution which flows readily and is acid to litmus, insoluble in ethanol .
Used for varnishes and in mediums. The resin can be dissolved in Turpentine. The crystals will take a couple days to dissolve. Our damar is harvested by hand in Sumatra, Indonesia, where deforestation and political unrest have diminished supplies.
A pale, yellowing-resistant aldehyde resin, which is soluble in almost all paint solvents, and is compatible with
practically all coating raw materials. Its main uses are combination with other resin binders and the production of allpurpose
pigment pastes.
